  • WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING AND PROCESSING METHOD?

    • All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, are deliverable and will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

    • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order and approximately 2-7 business days for delivery.

    • Orders on weekends will start processing on the next business day.

    • We ship domestic packages via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service). At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.

  • IS CBD HEMP LEGAL AND DOES IT MAKE ME "HIGH"?

    • Yes it is legal, because of the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp containing less than 0.3 percent THC and hemp-derived products are legal to produce, sell, and consume in all 50 states. However, states have the option of allowing the sale and manufacture of hemp-based products.

    • CBD is a non-intoxicating component of Cannabis Sativa L. which must contain less than 0.3 percent Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), has no "high" or euphoric effect.
